• Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days from our warehouse.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

• We use Australia Post within Australia.
  

Shipping Rates

• Shipping rates are calculated for Australian orders under $140* at checkout.

*For items over 10-15kg separate shipping fees may incur eg; 20L containers.

*International orders will be required pay for up-to-date shipping charges, calculated at checkout. Bulky items incur additional shipping charges, calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times

Australia:

• Metro Areas: Standard 2-7 business days, Express 1-5 business days
• Western Australia & Northern Territory: Standard 3-7 business days, Express 2-5 business days

          International:

• Express: 5-10 business days
• Standard: 7-14 business days

Tracking and Delivery

• Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
• Delivery is made during business hours, Monday to Friday.

Possible Delays

• During a sale period such as Easter, Father's Day, Black Friday, etc. dispatch times may be extended to an additional 3-5 days than usual due to the extreme influx of volume on orders. Please be patient with our team as we endeavor to get your parcels out as quickly as possible.
